Council directed Staff to review <br />this ordinance to find out what the restrictions are regarding excessive noise, especially <br />on weekends. As you can see, there is not specific reference to weekends. The only <br />restriction to noise is between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Ordinance #4 makes only a slight reference to noise under Division 130: Nuisance <br />Standards, Section 130-030: Noise and Vibrations. This section states: Noise and <br />vibrations generatedfrom any use shall be in compliance with and regulated by [the) <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Rules. <br />
