This joint powers agreement reflects the concepts under which' . <br />the .A.noka County Board is moving forward to implement a new public safety <br />communications system. Anoka County and several cities have executed this <br />agreement and I am asking that it be considered by the Centerville City <br />Council at its meeting on September 25, 2002.
