BLANCK <br /> <br />MONTHLY REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF <br /> <br />November 2002 <br /> <br />DARE and POLICY - Centerville Elementary School has requested the I teach DARE <br />again beginning in January. There is nothing to report pertaining to policy. <br /> <br />GRANTS - Nothing to report. <br /> <br />COP - GRID 3/0THER <br /> <br />-My COP activities included investigation of Grid 3-related matters. <br /> <br />INVESTIGATIONS <br /> <br />General Investigations <br /> <br />-General investigations conducted during the month included completing the <br />investigation of several pending matters and/or working on the crimes set forth for each <br />city below: <br /> <br />Circle Pines: robbery of Oasis Market (arrested), continued work on <br />earlier residential burglary, Indian Hills vandalisms, harassing mail, domestic assault- <br />related vandalism. <br /> <br />Lexington: check forgery, theft of gun, continued work on Movie Gallery <br />armed robbery, vehicle forfeiture, and continued work on 2nd degree assault of person. <br /> <br />Centerville: terroristic threats against police officer (arrested), criminal <br />sexual conduct against juvenile, 1st degree assault matter follow up, thefts from <br />vehicles/criminal damage to property, and continued work on construction site equipment <br />thefts and check forgery matters. <br /> <br />-I signed in custody complaints and conducted interviews of victims, suspects and <br />others. <br /> <br />-I reviewed all officer reports and teletypes on a daily basis. <br /> <br />Background Investigations <br />-There are presently no background investigations under way. <br /> <br />35 <br />
