This Agreement is a license for the City to act, IIIId it shall not be necessary for <br />the City to seek an order Jrom a court for permission to liquidate a letter of credit <br />or enter a lien upon the Subject Property in order to remedy any default When the <br />City does any such work, the City may. in addition to its other remedies. assess <br />the cost in whole or in part. <br /> <br />10. Whenever any default occurs and the City shall employ attorneys or incur other <br />IeaSOnable expenses for the collection of payments due or to become due or for <br />the enforcement or performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on <br />the part of the Property Owner herein contained, the Property OWners agrees that <br />it shall, on demand therefore, pay to the City the reasonable fees of such at10meys <br />and such other reasonable expenses so incwred by the City. <br /> <br />II.
