Approval. <br /> <br />Please review my previous correspondence( 10-21-02} and consider my following remarks. <br /> <br />I attended the P and Z meeting a few weeks ago. I made some remarks and presented my hand <br />out, with the photos of the Channel. The P and Z did approve the re-zoning. I am not sure if they <br />approved the preliminary Platt. <br /> <br />My objections to the PiaU design is the far reaching impact a large number of homes will have on <br />the .Channel", Peltier Lake, Clearwater Creek and the great variety of wild life that live in this <br />immediate area. <br /> <br />I believe twenty eight homes is far too many. The water quality of Lake Pellier is very poor <br />already. Please cosider the impact this development will have on the water quality of the Lake <br />and also, on the wild life of this area. <br /> <br />I would like to see a development with fewer homes, buill on the higher ground with .common <br />areas" more or less undisturbed near the "Channel" and Lake.
