<br />Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> Meeting Minutes 04-08-09 <br /> <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Wednesday, April 8, 2009 - 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Parks & Recreation Committee of the City of Centerville called <br />an extra meeting Wednesday, April 8, 2009 to discuss business which was tabled at the April 1, 2009 <br />meeting due to the length of the meeting. The meeting was held at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> Chairperson Suzanne Seeley <br /> Vice-Chairperson Kevin Amundsen <br /> Committee Member Savannah Lee <br />Committee Member Patrick Branch <br /> <br />Absent: <br />Committee Member Mark Haiden <br />Committee Member Kevin Selander <br /> <br /> <br />Council: <br />Absent– Council Meeting scheduled at the same time. <br /> <br />Staff: <br /> Mr. Paul Palzer, Public Workers Director <br />Staff Liaison Kim Stephan – in attendance the first hour of meeting as Council Meeting <br />scheduled at the same time. <br />_______________________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> 1. Roll Call <br /> <br />Chairperson Seeley called the April 1, 2009 Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting to order at 6:32 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson Seeley requested the items Playground Safety and Solar Lighting be moved to the end of <br />the meeting due to time constraints. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Vice-Chairperson Amundsen, seconded by Committee Member Branch to <br />set the agenda with the above changes. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br /> V.
