<br />Background <br /> <br />The City of Centerville is located in southeastern Anoka County and is completely surrounded by the City of <br />Lino Lakes. The 2030 Regional Development Framework (RDF) identifies the City as a Developing geographic <br />planning area (see Figure 2). <br /> <br />The City submitted its 2030 Comprehensive Plan (Update) to the Council for review to meet the Metropolitan <br />Land Planning Act requirements (Minn. Stat. 473.175) and the Council's 2005 Systems Statement requirements. <br /> <br />Rationale - Standard of Review & Findings <br /> <br />1.
