MillDesota will <br />meet on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street, in the Council <br />Chambers c:ommencing at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter to consider, and possibly adopt, lhe <br />proposed assessment roll for 1he municipal services. utility and street improvements as described <br />above. Adoption by 1he Council of 1he proposed "'sessntClltS may occur at the hearing. The <br />following is a list of benefited properties are proposed to be assessed: <br /> <br />ProN <br />R24-31.22-23-OO15 <br /> <br />ADDRESS <br /> <br />AMOUNT <br />$400,000.00 <br /> <br />7047-2111 Avenue . <br /> <br />The proposed assessment roll is OD file for public inspection at the City Clerk's Office. The total <br />estimated project costs are $1,791,364. The tolllI amount of 1he proposed assessments to <br />~fitGd properties are $400,000 with the lCJllJinder being the City's responsibility. Written or <br />verbal objections will be considered at the meeting. <br /> <br />The amount to be specially assessed against your particular lot, piece, or parcel of land is as <br />slated above. Such assessment is proposed to be payable in equal annual installments extending <br />over a period of 15 years, the first of the installments to be payable 01:1 or before lhe first Monday <br />of January, 2010 and will bear interest at the rate of five point five percent (5.5%) per annum <br />from the date of lhe adoption of 1he assessment IesOlution. To the first installment sha1l be added <br />~ on the enti!e assessmeJlt from the date of the assessment resolution until December 31, <br />2010. To each subsequent ill"tRIJn,ent when due shall be added interest for ODe year on all <br />unpaid installments. <br /> <br />You may, at any time prior to certification of the lISSCSSIl1CDt to the county auditor, pay the entire <br />asseEBI.\.ent of such property, with interest acemed to the date of payment to the City Clerk.
