As you are fully aware, this is a violation of <br />City Code and the City has notified you of the same violations every year. The City has <br />previously had 10 abate the hazard due to your company's failure to comply with our <br />request in the allotted timeftatne. <br /> <br />Again, the City will not hesitate to remedy the situation, at your expense, if it is not <br />abated by December 22, 2008.
