REQUEST FOR PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. The <br /> <br />Developer has asked the City to approve a final plat for Pheasant Marsh 3'd Addition (referred to <br /> <br />in this Agreement as the "Plat"). The land ("Laod") is situated in the County of Anoka, State of <br /> <br />Minnesota, aod is legally described on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />2. CONDITIONS OF PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL. The City <br /> <br />hereby approves the final Plat on condition that the Developer enter into this Agreement, furnish <br /> <br />the security required by it, and record the Plat with the County Recorder or Registrar of Titles <br /> <br />within one hundred (100) days after the execution of this Agreement. If the final Plat is not <br /> <br />recorded within the one hundred (100) days, the approval of the Plat is void, unless a written <br /> <br />request for ao extension is submitted to the City Administrator before the one hundred (100) <br /> <br />days expire.
