PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Capra opened the Public Hearing at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />I. 21 st A venuelBackage Road Improvement Assessments <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser requested that the Public Hearing on this item be moved to the next <br />City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Council Member Paar. <br />to move the Public HeariB!!. rel!ardin!! the 21s' AvenuelBacka!!e Road Improvement <br />Assessments. to the June 10. 2009. City Council Meetinl!. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program <br /> <br />The Public Hearing was opened regarding the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, <br />at 6:36 p.m. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson stated that part of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention <br />Program is to hold a Public Hearing. He reported that the City has notified the public of <br />storm water concerns, issued contracts for cleaning ponds, and inspected 30% of the ponds <br />to determine which would need future dredging.
