Every COMMERCIAL KENNEL shall be enclosed or fenced in a <br />manner as to prevent the running at large or escape of the domestic animal(s) confined therein. <br /> <br />LIGHT MANUFACTURING. The processing and fabrication of certain materials and products <br />where no process involved will produce noise, vibrations, air pollution, fire hazard or noxious <br />emissio1!S which will disturb or endange~ neighboring properties. <br /> <br />LOT. On an interior lot, the lot line abutting a street; on a comer lot, the lot lines <br />abutting a street; on a through lot, the lot line abutting the street providing the primary access to the lot; <br />or, on a flag lot, the interior lot line most parallel to and nearest the street from which access is <br />obtained. <br /> <br />LOT LINE, REAR. The lot line not intersecting a front lot line that is most distant from and most <br />closely parallel to the front lot line. A lot bounded by only 3 lot lines will not have a REAR LOT <br />LINE. <br /> <br />LOT LINE, SIDE. Any lot line not a front or rear lot line. <br /> <br />LOT, MINIMUM ARE..4 OF. The measurements of a lot computed exclusive of any portion of <br />the right-of-way of any public thoroughfare. <br /> <br />LOT OF RECORD. A lot which is part of a subdivision or plat, an auditor's subdivision or a <br />registered land survey or a parcel of land not so platted, which has been approved by the city or meets <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />(1) Was a separate parcel of record April 1, 1945 or the date of adoption of subdivision <br />regulations under Laws 1945, Chapter 287, whichever is later, or of the adoption of subdivision <br />regulations pursuant to a Home Rule Charter; <br /> <br />(2) Was the subject of a written agreement to 'Convey entered into prior to that time; <br /> <br />(3) Was a separate parcel of not less than 2-112 acres in area and 150 feet in width on January <br />1, 1966; <br /> <br />10 <br />
