It is intended that the 1-1 District provide opportunities for light manufacturing and <br />industrial uses, trade businesses, machine shops and other more extensive land uses. <br /> <br />(B) General minimum requirements. The following minimum requirements, as set forth herein, <br />shall apply to all buildings that may be erected, converted or structurally altered in industrial districts. <br /> <br />(C) Setbacks.
