<br />(4) On a comer lot in any residential district, nothing shall be erected, placed, planted or <br />allowed to grow in a manner as materially to impede vision between a height of 2-112 and 10 feet <br />above the centerline grades of the intersecting streets in a triangle bounded by the street of the lot and a <br />line joining points along the street lines 50 feet from the point of the intersection. <br /> <br />(C) Erection of more than 1 principal structure on lot. In any district, more than 1 structure <br />housing a conforming principal use may be erected on a single lot if yard and other requirements of this <br />chapter are met for each structure as though it were on an individual lot Required on-site parking <br />space shall be provided on the same lot as the principal building or use, exCept that combined or joint <br />parking facilities may be provided for 2 or more buildings or uses in commercial districts and in <br />mdustrial districts, provided that the total number of spaces is not less than the sum of the requirements . <br />for each building or use. The proposed joint parking space shall be within 400 feet of the entrance of <br />the use it will serve. Residential subdivisions with dwelling unit densities exceeding four-unit <br />structures can only be allowed if designed and approved as residential planned <br />unit developments under this ordinance. Only land above the ordinary high <br />water level of public waters can be used to meet lot area standards, and lot <br />width standards must be met at both the ordinary high water level and at the <br />building line <br /> <br />B. All shoreland development shall meet the following standards: <br /> <br />(1) the minimum lot size shall be 15,000 square feet, not less than 100 feet <br />in width, each building must be set back at least 75 feet from the <br />ordinary high water level for lands adjoining a lake <br /> <br />(2) minimum lot size shall be 15,000, 100 feet in width and set back at least <br />50 feet from the ordinary high water lever for Clearwater Creek; <br /> <br />(3) each building must be connected to the City water and sanitary sewer <br />systems; <br /> <br />(4) watercraft docking facilities for multi-family developments shall be <br />centralized in one location and serve all dwelling units in the building; <br />and <br /> <br />C. Water-oriented Accessory Structures. Each lot may have one water-oriented <br />accessory structure not meeting the normal structure setback of this ordinance if <br />this w~r-oriented accessory structure complies with the following provisions: <br /> <br />38 <br />
