<br />(E) Upon hearing the request, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall recommend either <br />approval or denial of the proposed amendment and shall state the reasons of the action. <br /> <br />(F), Within 30 days of the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, the City <br />Councd shall consider the recomIilendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission and shall approve, <br />deny or modify the ~quest to amend this chapter. . <br /> <br />1154.400 ENFORCEMENT AND VIOLATIONS. <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator is directed by the City Council to enforce the provisions of this chapter <br />and maintain all necessary records pertaining to this chapter, including but not limited to amendments, <br />variances, complaints and violations. <br /> <br />1154.410 FEES AND LICENSING. <br /> <br />Fees and licensing provisions, affecting the administ.ration and enforcement of this cJ.lapter, shall <br />be established by resolution of the City Council. The city does require payment for its legal, planning <br />and engineering expenses, resulting from the review of proposed actions in the city. The City Council <br />may require full payment of fees and out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the review of proposed actions <br />prior to taking final action. <br /> <br />1154.999 PENALTY. <br /> <br />Any person who violates or fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and upon conviction may be punished to the maximum extent allowed by law. Each day <br />a violation exists constitutes a separate offense. <br /> <br />64 <br />
