The first is the $10,000.00 escrow which was established with the <br />final plat of Pheasant Marsh 3" Addition. Now that the project is accepted and the warranty <br />bond put in place we request the $10,000.00 be retumed to Ground Development, Inc. <br /> <br />The second item is in regard to the trunk water main over sizing in Pheasant Marsh 3" Addition. <br />The Cities contribution for the difference between the 8" pipe and the installed 12" pipe is <br />$12,991.30. TIlis reimbursement price has been reviewed by Mark Statz and our engineer and <br />approved by the City in October of 2006. This invoice <br />amount is $9,466.38. To settle the outstanding financial obligation if we deduct the last City <br />invoice of $9,466.38 the city of Centerville still owes Ground Development, Inc. 13,524.92. <br />Please review and schedule for the next available City Council meeting for payment <br />authorization. <br /> <br />If you have any questions please contact me so we can expedite the closure of Pheasant Marsh <br />3'.
