<br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-0LL <br /> <br />ADOPTING THE STORM WATER PROJECT PLANS FOR THE 2009 STREET <br />AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT AND THE DOWNTOWN STORM <br />WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Storm Water Project Plans (SPPs) were prepared by a licensed engineer for <br />the aforementioned projects in accordance with MN State Rules - Section 7077.0277 <br />(ReqmrememsfuraSP~;and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing on said plans was held on May 13, 2009 at approximately <br />6:40 PM at the City Council Chambers in Centerville, MN; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at said Public Hearing, input was heard from members of the public; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, those comments from the public have now been incorporated into the SPP <br />to the extent possible; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the City Council of the City ofCenterville <br />formally adopts these two Storm Water Project Plans as required by the Public Facilities <br />Authority's funding application process. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council this 27th day of May, 2009. <br /> <br />~ ~upk~ <br />Mary Capra, M:fjot . <br /> <br />CAttest: .~.~ /~ <br />Teresa Bender, Clerk <br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
