Motion carried <br />unanimouslv . <br /> <br />m. A W ARDSIPRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Economic Development Committee (EDC) Recognition <br /> <br />Mayor Capra thanked former EDC member Mr. Rehbein for his many years of service to <br />the community. She stated that Mr. Rehbein has done a great job of pulling together <br />different ideas to benefit the City. She stated that after the reorganization is complete, <br />there will always be a place for someone with all of his talents. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar, as the liaison for the EDC, presented a plaque to Mr. Rehbein <br />honoring his service to the City. He stated that he agreed that it will be a great asset to <br />have Mr. Rehbein participate any way he can on future downtown developments. <br /> <br />I <br />
