Recycling Challenge <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated the City has been challenged to recycle more paper as there is a <br />shortage of paper for recycled purposes since China started purchasing from the United <br />States. She also noted that there is an exchange program for lead sinkers and fishing <br />lures and asked residents to consider exchanging them to save the waterfowl from <br />ingesting them. <br /> <br />2. Centennial Lakes Police Budget 2006 <br /> <br />Council Member Lee reviewed the budget with Council and indicated that Centerville'siproposed increase is $27,000 and noted the proposal would take $100,000 out of the <br />reserve fund to lessen the impact. <br /> <br />Page 3 of6 <br /> <br />11 <br />
