The purpose of Mr. Carlson's presentation was to receive input from the Planning <br />Commission on the concept, zoning determinations, and comprehensive plan amendment. <br /> <br />After discussion, the Plannlng Commission advised Mr. Carlson to investigate the Planned Unit <br />Development options and to make a presentation to the City Council and Park and Recreation <br />Commission. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />July 6. 1999 Planning and Zoning Minutes <br /> <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
