Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Ordinance # 4 Review <br /> <br />Mr. March indicated staffwas willing to work on combining the cmrent Ordinance #4 with Dean <br />Johnson's proposed draft. The Commission discussed several areas of Ordinance #4, and <br />requested an updated "draft" of Ordinance #4 two weeks before the November meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. March stated Mr. Pa1zer would like to see the City incorporate "Zoning Permits" for items <br />such as fences, sheds and above ground S\\<imhlinB pools that cwrently require a building permit. <br />The Commission would like to discuss this option in more detail. <br /> <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />September 7, 1999 Planning and Zoning Minutes <br /> <br />Motion by M r.
