However, since ADA does not necessarily mandate provisions for <br />residentiahlSe, we feel the spirit of the law should be considerect-Motion ~ed <br />unanimously. . <br /> <br />II Action Rezone ltequest- Rehb-ein Properties <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the advantages and disadvantages of rezoning the property. <br />One disadvantage if the request is granted; is that a commercial property owner ~y <br />return and request this 10 acre residential property be exchanged with 10 acre of J <br />commercial property. Furthermore, the area identified as Rl is located within an indu~al <br />corridor and the area would not be conducive to residential structures.
