Chair Welk and the Commission welcomed Councilmember Nelson. <br /> <br />Future Variance Request - Paul Wolf (6933 Sumac Court) <br />Ms. Gaustad introduced Mr. Paul Wolf who was present to receive the Commission's guidance <br />on pursuing the construction of an accessory building on his comer lot. Mr. Patzer explained that <br />according to Ordinance 4 (34.05-02 and (34.06-1), the ordinance allows accessory buildings to be <br />construction in a ~ yard. However, an exception to the ordinance is a comer lot, which has no <br />rear yard (two front yards and two side years). In addition, Mr. Hoeft recommended the Planning <br />Commission conduct a public hearing for a variance request at no charge to the citizen. <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />Ms. Gaustad reported that Mr. Dean Johnson hoped to address the Commission prior to the <br />March 2, meeting to give an update on proposed Ordinance #4 and Ordinance #8. Furthermore, <br />!vIr. Johnson requested to meet at a6:00 p.m. workshop. <br /> <br />Mr. Buckbee moved to set the workshop for March 2. 1999 at 6:00 p.m. Mr. Hanson seconded <br />the motion.
