Joe Goetz gave a summary of the proposed property timeline to build a 6000 sq. ft <br />building at 2030 Main Street. Mr. Goetz plans to construct a 12 x 60 sq. ft. mobile <br />building in March of 1999, which will be a temporary office until a permanent structure is <br />complete. Mr. Goetz ultimately wants to construct a 50 x 120 ft. (6000 sq. ft.) building <br />with the exterior completed by the first freeze in 1999. He will then continue to complete <br />the interior of the building over the winter, with a grand opening in April of2000. Mr. <br />Goetz would also like to construct a 60 x 30 sq. ft. green house. All structures will be in <br />line with the neighboring structures. Mr. Goetz requested a Special Use Permit (SUP) for <br />the following: <br />
