<br />Mr. Tom Wtlharber of 6848 Centerville Road thought Officer Parks brought up a good <br />point. Furthermore, if the City allows the construction of the building with chains, and a <br />fatality or injury occurs the City may be held responsible. Mr. Drilling planned to have a <br />5000 sq. ft. day care center, and a 7200 sq. ft. retail office building. The building would <br />house just about anything, i.e.: Hardware Store, Restaurant, Cost Cutters, Video Update <br />etc.. Mr. Drillings commented the site plan will address the drainage located to the east <br />property line. <br /> <br />Ms. Kimberly Turner of 715 1 Peterson Trail stated the water level is too high. The water <br />stands and it increases with the rain. Ms. Broussard Vickers questioned the east side exit <br />and its distance from County Road 14. Mr. Drilling explained he would adjust some <br />distance of the entrance on the :final plans. Ms. Turner requested a private fence. <br /> <br />Ms. Welk questioned the setbacks from the center line. It must have a paved parking lot to comply with the Americans with Disabilities <br />Act. There will also have to be restrooms.
