<br />.- <br /> <br />Ms. Broussard-Vickers interpreted the ordinance differently than Mr. Saxton and requested Staff <br />provide clarity to the Commission. Usually, additional language is intended to be more restrictive <br />than the lack of words. The Commission discussed amending the ordinance to reduce rear yard <br />accessory structures from 10 percent to 8 percent and specifically address comer lots. The <br />Commission requested Staff investigate the items below and report to the Commission. <br /> <br />* <br />* <br />* <br />* <br /> <br />Shed permits that are added onto basement permits <br />The Building Inspectors interpretation of the ordinance & section in question. <br />Elevation requirements and changes for new structures. <br />Research to see if another similar permit has been issued and if one is pending, the <br />Commission makes strong recommendation not to issue another similar permit until this <br />issue is resolved. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Ms. Broussard-Vickers moved to a<ljoum the Planning and Zoning Meeting. Chair Welk <br />seconded the motion.
