Mr. Ted Mattke of Mattke <br />Engineering was also present with Mr. Carlson. <br /> <br />The subdivision is proposed to consist of 42 single family lots <br />that would consist of split-level, split-entry homes. The <br />request is to rezone the property to R2A zoning. The minimum <br />home values proposed would be $140,000 to $150,000. <br /> <br />Mr. Mattke gave a presentation on the drainage of the property. <br />The develgper has been in contact with the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District and they support the developer's concept. The proposal <br />is to enlarge and deepen the wetland on the east edge of the <br />property to accommodate storm water run-off. The ditch on the <br />south boundary of the property would drain towards the west. The <br />ditch is proposed to be located on the center of the property <br />line between the parkview development and the north boundary of <br />the Center Oaks development. The Center Oaks lots that would be <br />affected would be resodded at developer's expense approximately <br />10' per lot. <br />
