Mr. Joel Anderson representing Mr. <br />Olinger would like to see the property transferred unencumbered. <br />Joyce Greene discussed the history of the construction easement. <br />The easement is apparently designated to the City of Centerville. <br />Motion made by John Buckbee to recommend vacating the easement if <br />the City had no use for the easement and any other easements be <br />acquired as de~metl necessary and to close the public hearing, <br />seconded by Linda Broussard-Vickers. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PARKVIEW DBVBLOPMBNT <br /> <br />Mr. RiCk Carlson was present to discuss his concept plan for the <br />development of the former Tourville property. Mr. Carlson is <br />proposing one access on to Centerville Road. An additional 7' of <br />right-of-way has been added to the east side of Centerville Road. <br />Mr. Carlson would propose plantings along Centerville Road <br />instead of any type of berm. <br /> <br />Mr. Carlson expects the homes to be valued in the $150,000 to <br />$155,000 range. Potential locations of trails were discussed. <br />The homes would be split-entry style. <br /> <br />Concerns were raised by John Buckbee in regards to density issues <br />and the R2A versus R2 zoning. Linda Broussard-Vickers mentioned <br />that she felt that this development is more attached to the Eagle <br />
