<br />Work Session Minutes. City Council 08-24-2005, 5:30 p.m. Present were Mayor Maty <br />Capra, Council members JeffPaar, Tom Lee, Michelle Lakso, and Richard Terway. Also <br />present were City Attorney Jim Hoeft and Finance Director John Meyer. <br />Summary of Meeting <br /> <br />1. The Council spent substantial time reviewing the draft city code and completed <br /> <br />2. ~~~~?~.;E~S <br /> <br /> <br />the City. CSM has expl1 . ~~~~ with the City and would <br />construct and finance r: 1 Avenue and Fairview Avenue if some <br />Tax Increment Finan . 11 . . ded on a "pay as you go" basis. The next step <br />in order to keep the' ving would be to apply for watershed and Army <br />Corp of Engineer permits for the backage road and related wetland mitigation.
