Mr. Walmar is <br />purchasing Sager Liquors and anticipates opening/operating "Centerville Liquors" at the <br />beginning of July. <br /> <br />The appropriate fees and documentation have been submitted to the City and the Police <br />Chief has completed a County background check only as all others have received. <br /> <br />The City currently has four (4) Off Sale Liquor licenses and may have up to five (5) per <br />Minnesota Statute 340A413 subd. 5 (attached). However, the City may decide to be <br />more restrictive. <br />
