Phase I Provosed Assessments for Municival <br />Utilities and Street Imvrovements - Resolution #04-048 - Adovtion of <br />Assessments Associated with the Hunter's Crossing 2nd Addition. Phase I <br />Subdivision <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney opened the public hearing at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Carlson asked Council to set the interest rate and the term for the assessment. He <br />then asked that the escrow deposited for plans and specifications be returned to him. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member CaDra. seconded bv Council Member Paar to close the <br />DubHe hearin!!:. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft noted for the record that the City received a letter of objection with <br />regard to the assessments for Outlot B. <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney closed the public hearing at 6:47 p.m. <br /> <br />Council discussed the interest rate and term and agreed to set them at 6% for 10 years. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member Lee <br />to aDDrove Resolution #04-048. the AdoDtion of Assessments Associated with the <br />Hunter's Crossin!!: 2nd Addition. Phase I Subdivision as amended to reflect 6% for <br />10 vears. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded by Council Member <br />CaDra to aDDrove the refund of escrowed funds in the amount of $12.500. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />I.
