A STOP WORK ORDER HAS BEEN ISSUED AT THE <br />SITE AND IS STILL EFFECTIVE. Please adhere to the items listed below to comply <br />with RCWD Rules & Regulations. <br /> <br />I. Any new fill or grading activities is prohibited. <br /> <br />2. An after-the-fact permit application must be applied for at the District <br />within IO-dyas. (OR) <br /> <br />3. All fill must berernoved from the floodplain and wetland. <br /> <br />These items are part of the RCWD standards and arc enforceable under RCWD Rule (MS <br />I03D). Please comply with this letter within I O-days to prevent further enforcement <br />actions.
