Being a Planning & Zoning Commission member, a City <br />Council member and Mayor for this fine city has given me great pleasure in <br />seeing its growth and development. <br />I am hereby tendering my resignation from the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission as of the 31 st of December 2004.
