<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 27, 2004 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on October 27,2004, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Terry Sweeney <br />Council Member Paar <br />Council Member Capra <br />Council Member Broussard Vickert <br />Council Member Lee H 0 <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />STAFF: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ms. Moore-Sykes <br />City Attorney Mr. Hoeft <br />City Engineer Mr. Peterson <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney called the October 27,2004, City Council meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney added the October 25, work session minutes, public works high speed <br />internet, Halloween decorations, administrator search, 6878 Deer Court lack of sod, the <br />stop sign at Center Street and Pheasant Lane and removed 02-065 from Old Business. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes requested that the Mr. Lynn proposal and Mr. Burke be added to the <br />agenda. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Canra. seconded bv Council Member Paar to annrove <br />the ae:enda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />1. October 13. 2004 Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney requested that a notation be made on Page 4 of 10 to indicate that the <br />wood duck house approval was a request and recommendation for funds from the Parks <br />and Recreation budget. On Page 9 of 10 correct the motion to read motion carried and <br />remove unanimously. <br />
