Center"Ji{{e, M1\L 55038 <br />(b51) 429.3232 . :Tal( {651} 429.8629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 99'-07 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR REASSESSMENT OF 20TH A VENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council ofthe City ofCenterville authorized the 20th Avenue <br />Watermain IntercOlmect and Trunk Sanitation improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the 35% of the property owners petitioned for the stated <br />improvement be financed in accordance with Minnesota Status 429; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville gave proper notification of such; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, $720,000.00 was assessed to benefited properties baseduporrsquare foot; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, $152,498.77 was placed orrproperty legally identified as 24-31-22-33-0004; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the stated property owner knowrras R&R Leasing has requested <br />$30,548.12 to be applied to property legally known as 24-31-22-33-0003, <br />Terminal Transport, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owner known as Terminal Transport has agreed to pay <br />$30,548.12 as special assessments, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has directed the City Clerk to make a request of Anoka County <br />to apply the initial principal of$30,548~ 12 to the 2000 payable special assessments, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the first payment will commence in year 2000 payable taxes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final payment will be payable in 2008. <br />
