<br />Enclosed are three copies of Request for Payment No.4 for the Elevated Water Tower project in
<br />the amount of $104,083.96. This pay request is for work completed in the month of October
<br />which included the completion of the site piping and the delivery of the remaining steel
<br />fabrications to the site and for tank erecting.
<br />
<br />Please place this pay request on the next available council meeting agenda for council approval.
<br />Following approval, please distribute one executed copy to the Contractor with payment and one
<br />signed copy to us. Please call me at 651-604-4881 if you should have any questions or
