<br />Me~o", , <br />-l!l" ' <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br />FROM: Teresa Bender, City Cler~'~' <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Center Street Speed Monitoring <br /> <br />DATE: November 9, 2004 <br /> <br />Yesterday afternoon I spoke with BJ, the officer that is in charge of the monitoring <br />equipment used for monitoring amounts of cars, speed, and etc. on Centerville's <br />roadways. <br /> <br />BJ stated that he was concerned about the inclement weather and that the snow plows <br />may not be friendly to the monitoring device. BJ stated that he would be willing to put <br />Center Street on the first rotation for monitoring in the spring. <br />
