'F11J((651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION#04-053 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BANK SIGNATURE AUTHORITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. John Meyer has filled the position of Finance Director and is employed by the City of <br />Centerville effective October 28, 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Administrator, Ms. Kim Moore-Sykes will no longer be employed by the City of Centerville <br />effective November 10, 2004; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the following individuals will have signature authority for all banking and investment <br />accounts for the City ofCenterville, effective November 11, 2004 until further notice: Finance <br />Director, Mr. John Meyer; Mayor Mr. Terry Sweeney; Acting Mayor Ms. Linda Broussard <br />Vickers; and Council Member Ms. Mary Capra. <br />2. The above stated individuals are directed to complete the Corporate Banking Resolution <br />provided by Main Street Bank and notification forwarded to Smith Barney, Inc. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 10th day of November, 2004. <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
