We appreciate your willingness to work
with us even though it has added additional difficulties and inconveniences for staff,
teachers, volunteers and others that may have helped behind the scenes. We could not
have done this without you all!

Staff and Election Judges would liketo draw your attention to the fact that you had one
(I) employee who went ahove and beyond his regular duties and responsibilities. Mr. Art
Mohler, Head Custodian, set-up and arranged. the election equipment for us. We were
surprised upon arrival the evening before the elections because staff intended on setting
up the equipment. When staff thanked Mr. Mohler for his efforts, he stated that he was
not sure he should have done this and did not want to do anything wrong. Mr. Mohler
was reassured that he had done nothing wrong and in fact, he went ahove expectations.
Not only did he do this but he offered to allow us use of the facility beyond our scheduled
time of 11 :00 p.m. if needed. Due to write-ins and the counting of same, we accepted
Mr. Mohler's offer anticipating a late evening. We discussed the fact that counting
ballots and packing equipment could take until 1:00 a.m. with Mr. Mohler. Mr. Mohler
stated that same was acceptable and that it would only take him a minute or two to be at
the school. Before Mr. Mohler completed his regularly scheduled work day, he provided
us with his home telephone number and his pager number and instructed us to call when
we were completed.

Again, thank you!

Sincerely,
lIono./ta6.le NaflO/f., COlUtei.l 1I=6e.tu,
Cen.tuvdte E.lee.tion Jadgu and $.tall

Cc: Superintendent John Christiansen
Mr. Art Mohler

~
