This fax will serve as the Agreement between Sharper Homes <br />and the City of Centerville. <br /> <br />The work that is necessary to solve the drainage problem includes: <br /> <br />, ~. .' - ,.,' . <br />Excavating a 10-foot wide swale, approximately 200 feet long, from Ojibway Drive cul-de-sac to the <br />south side of Unit 1743 ' <br />Removal of excavated material off-site <br />Restore ditch with topsoil and sod (either salvaged or new) <br /> <br />-Use the attached drawings showing the plan and profile of the proposed ditch/swale. <br />-Sharper to protect or replace sprinkler heads and water lines disturbed by the work. <br />-Stakes will be provided by Bonestroo surveyors- every 25', 7' offset from centerline, cuts to finished <br />ground elevation. <br />-Sharper to maintain the new sod to ensure growth. <br />-Shape slopes to blend into existing ground. Shape low ?rea to drain to swale. <br />-Sharperto remove two dead scotch pine trees behind Unit 1741/1743. <br />-Sharper to remove remaining wood fence posts along rear lot line between the Townhomes and Meadow <br />Lane single family homes. . <br />-Complete all work by September 3, 2004. <br />-City of Centerville and Townhome Association agree that this is the final request for work in the area <br />south of Ojibway cul-de-sac.
