The entire <br />parcel size is 15.83 acres of 1.3 acres (410' x 345') (east 4]0 feet of the 345 feet ofthe <br />SW V. of the SW % ofSec 24, Twp 31, Range 22, Anoka County MN, except the S 205 <br />feet to be split. Mr. Dennis Shudy, 2085 Cedar Street is the contract purchaser of the new <br />parcel and is requesting that same be combined with PIN #R24-31-22-33-0002 - 2085 <br />Cedar Street. The meetings are scheduled for Tuesday, September 7, 2004 and <br />Wednesday, September 8, 2004 respectively at 6:30 p.rn or shortly thereafter. The <br />purpose of the meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the above request and the <br />possibility of granting the lot splitllot combinations as requested. Both public hearings <br />will be held in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota <br />55038. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible.
