PAYMENT/ASSESSMENTOF COSTS. <br /> <br />Subsection l. <br />The cost for any action taken by the City to monitor or clean the site will be deducted from the <br />I Maintenance Fee. Should the costs for City action exceedJ!!e.l>sc;r()~l~.e.sta1>lisl1l>d.1)Lthe Eeel Delelod: .200 <br />Schedule. the property owner will be billed for the excess. <br /> <br />Subsection 2. <br />A Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued for newly constructed bnildings until such bill is <br />paid in full. <br /> <br />Subsection 3. <br />On or before September I of each year, the City Clerk shaUlist the total unpaid cbarges for <br />monitoring and removal of rubbish, debris and/or excess construction materials against each <br />separate lot or parcel to which they are attributable under this ordinance.
