She then asked Council to review <br />and consider the proposals. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked that this be added to the next meeting agenda for <br />discussion. <br /> <br />Council recessed to executive session to discuss the City's litigation with Royal Oaks <br />Realty at 8:15 p.m. <br /> <br />X.
