Within researching this issue I was made aware of the <br />differences between our Zoning Map and our Comp Plan. <br /> <br />I have requested this item be added to our next agenda and Teresa is looking into this <br />with Tom Peterson. Apparently our Zoning map and our Comp Plan do not match in several <br />areas. If zoning changes had been approved without Comp Plan amendments the Comp Plan is <br />the legal document. Teresa will check if amendments had been voted on and made without <br />the simple changing of the actual paper copy of the document. <br /> <br />One of the main areas of the City affected is the downtown properties as more is listed on <br />the Zoning Map as MI than is listed on the Comp Plan. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />Mary Capra <br /> <br />1 <br />
