The wood <br />must be properly stacked. Any wood that has decayed to a point of being considered <br />debris needs to be removed from the property. <br /> <br />The City is requesting that you mow the lawn and abate the above stated violation within <br />30 days from the date of this letter. Failure to abate the above stated violation may <br />require the City to take action and recoup associated expenditures through the <br />certification process through your property taxes. <br /> <br />I would like to take an opportunity to provide you with some information regarding <br />Mediation Services. I have enclosed a booklet for your review. This program is free to <br />residents. I have proposed this program to the individual that filed the complaint with the <br />City and maybe this will aid both you in coming to an agreement regarding any issues <br />you may encounter in the future. <br /> <br />Please feel free to contact me or Ms. Kim Moore-Sykes, City Administrator regarding <br />your intent to abate these issues or if you have concerns regarding same. . <br />
