(Garage Exterior) <br /> <br />It has also been brought to the City's attention that your yard has the accumulation of <br />junk, debris and garbage which is also a violation of the 1997 Uniform Housing Code and <br />is considered to be a violation for the following reason: <br /> <br />Section 1001.11 Hazardons or Insanitary Premises. (Accnmulation of Debris <br />Behind Garage/Shed) <br /> <br />The junk, debris and garbage are also a violation of Ordinance #6 - The Maintaining of <br />Nuisances within the Village of Centerville Section 2, Subsection I. <br /> <br />The City is aware of your desire to construct a new garage; however, no new permit has <br />been applied for within the last year. <br /> <br />The following actions need to be taken to abate the above stated violations: <br /> <br />1. The garage needs to be painted. <br />2. The metal fixtures (between garage and shed on premises), timbers, poly <br />and other debris needs to be removed. <br /> <br />If the above repairs are not made within 60 days, I will order the work to be performed <br />and charge the costs thereof against the property or its owner as defined in Section 160 I <br />of the Uniform Housing Code and you may be cited according to Ordinance #6. Any <br />person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal this notice and <br />order to the housing advisory and appeals board. A request to appeal this notice an order <br />needs to be in writing and mailed to the following address within 30 days of receipt of <br />
