On average, <br />each night shift officer could drive by the residence four times a night. <br /> <br />Officers observed a vehicle in the driveway every night. The vehicle Mn plate #EHS-84l <br />is registered to the resident. It appeared the vehicle had not moved during the three week <br />period. All officers reported they did not observe anyone go into or leave the residence <br />between the hours of2200 and 0700. None of the night shift officers observed any lights <br />on inside the residence. <br />
