<br />Effective: 3/13/91 <br />City ofCenterville Ord. #51 <br /> <br />ARTICLE 5. FEES. <br /> <br />Subsection 1. Investigation Fee <br />Upon being notified by the Board of a license, the organization shall pay to the City an <br />investigation fee in an amount to be determined by the City Council in the form of a resolution. <br />Failure to promptly pay the required investigation fee shall be grounds for disapproval of a <br />license. <br /> <br />Subsection 2. Permit Fee. <br />No Organization my conduct a gambling event which would otherwise be allowed pursuant to <br />the exemptions set forth in Minnesota Statutes section 349.214, without first securing a permit <br />from the City and paying a permit fee in an amount to be determined by the City Council in the <br />form of a resolution. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 6.
