I have the <br />following comments: . <br /> <br />1. At Cedar Street and future 21" Avenue, the sanitary sewer service connects to an <br />existing manhole. This is an MCES manhole with two force main pipes discharging <br />into it. A permit will be needed from MCES to connect a service line to their <br />structure. Caution should be exercised when crossing the water main and force main <br />nmning north-south on 21 ,I Avenue. <br />2. The water service should be 6" PVC, not DIP. The 16" diameter watermain that will <br />be wet taped is owned by the City ofLino Lakes. This will require a permit. . <br />3. The B612 concrete curb and gutter should terminateS feet from the edge ofthe gravel <br />on Cedar Street. <br />4.
