Mod Federer, architect from Buetow & Associates, also included cost <br />estimates for each proposal. <br /> <br />I called George Eilertson, Northland Securities, and he indicated that the interest rate for <br />a bond to pay for construction/renovation would be at about 3.5%; similar to the rates that <br />we recently received for the 2004 Street Reconstruction Project. <br /> <br />I <br />
